Access and Use Terms

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Federal SaaS User Group. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the services provided by the Federal SaaS User Group (the “Service Provider”). By subscribing or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy (below) and any updates notified to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the services.
2. Definitions
Service Provider: Refers to Federal SaaS User Group, the operator of the Federal SaaS User Group.
Subscriber: Refers to the individual or organization subscribing to the services.
Subscription: A recurring fee-based plan providing access to exclusive resources and services.
3. Eligibility
To use the Federal SaaS User Group services, you must:
1. Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with us.
3. Reside in a country or region where the services are available.
4. Description of Services
Your subscription provides access to the following:
• Exclusive working groups, webinars, and events with government stakeholders.
• Strategic insights on procurement, security standards, and SaaS adoption trends.
• Opportunities to showcase SaaS solutions.
• Updates on regulatory changes and market developments.
We may also offer promotional plans or partnerships with third-party services.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Subscription Fees
The monthly subscription fee is CAD $500, billed automatically to your payment method.
• The annual subscription fee is CAD $5,000, billed automatically to your payment method.
• Fees are non-refundable and recurring until canceled.
5.2 Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly or annually on a monthly or annual basis, based on the subscription plan you choose.
5.3 Fee Changes
We may adjust subscription fees with 30 days’ notice. Adjustments will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
6. Free Trials and Promotions
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms provided at the time of the offer.
7. Third-Party Applications and Partnerships
Our services may integrate with third-party applications, tools, or devices. Your use of these integrations may be subject to additional terms provided by the third party, for which we are not responsible.
8. User Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
1. Use the services in compliance with applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your subscription account credentials.
3. Avoid activities that harm other users, disrupt services, or violate our policies.
9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if:
1. You breach these Terms.
2. Payment fails and is not rectified within 14 days.
3. Your behaviour is deemed abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.
10. Modifications to Services
We may modify or discontinue any part of the services. For significant changes, you will receive a 30-day notice.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The Federal SaaS User Group and its content are the property of Federal SaaS User Group or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services as provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
We provide the services “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
• Third-party decisions or outcomes related to government stakeholders.
• Technical failures or events outside our control.
13. Compliance with Canadian Law
We comply with applicable Canadian laws, including:
• Consumer Protection Act: Ensuring transparency in fees and terms.
• Competition Act: Prohibiting deceptive practices.
• Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): Ensuring consent for electronic communications.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

Cancellation and Refund

We value your membership and strive to provide exceptional services tailored to your needs. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a subscriber.
Cancellation Policy
1. **Cancellation by Member:**
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to our support team at info@federalsaas.ca
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after the cancellation is processed.
2. **Cancellation by FSUG:**
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if the terms of use are violated or in the event of non-payment. You will be notified of the cancellation via email.
Refund Policy
1. **Refunds for Cancellation:**
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of a billing period. Membership fees for the current month are non-refundable.
If you cancel your membership before the billing cycle begins (e.g., before the renewal date), you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
2. **Refunds for Dissatisfaction or Service Issues:**
If you experience significant issues with our services, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve them. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion if we are unable to deliver the promised services.
3. **Regulatory Compliance:**
Our refund policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws, including any applicable cooling-off periods for online contracts where such laws mandate them.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be granted for:
– Failure to use the service or engage with its benefits.
– Dissatisfaction with third-party decisions or lack of direct government outcomes, as these are outside of our control.
